Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in the Microsoft Word, or LaTex file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Press.
  • The use of ChatGPT-generated content is strictly prohibited. If detected, the submission will be declined without undergoing any editorial process, and the matter will be reported to the head of the respective institution or research department.

Author Guidelines

Online Submission:

The corresponding author is supposed to submit the chapter/chapters/book(s)/Proceedings by the online process using the "Make Online Submission" tab. The item should be prepared as per the standard guidelines to avoid delays in the editorial process. Read all checkpoints carefully before item submission. Your content should be original and not more than 20% similarity index while individual source contribution should remain below 2%.  

When you submit the chapter/book provide all authors' details e.g. affiliation; name of the department & institution(s), name of the city with PIN Code, state and country, email, and ORCIDs.

Submit the full chapter(s) along with figures and tables. If you are interested to provide it separately then submit it via article components, e.g., the text then under the component: Article Text, if you are providing figures then submit it in the image component, and rest accordingly.

Check List Points:

1. You are submitting an original chapter/editorial/book/proceeding, wherever credit is due given with proper details in the bibliography. Chat GPT generated content not allowed. If found at any stage any non-relevant content i.e., plagiarized or Chat GPT created, said document can be removed after publications too.

2. For copyright images/pictures or figures from the internet or from published papers, you have to take permission from the copyright owner, to use the content, and give the credit to the source, where idea is used from other sources.

3. Approval is taken from all the co-authors/co-editors for submit/respond to the article, also, order of the authorship is declared in the document(s).

4. The submitted document is your own original and not submitted or communicated on other scholarly publishing platforms except to preprint archives.   

5. If the submitted chapter/book was rejected earlier by other publisher(s), you should submit the publisher's remarks to the editor of this press at the submission time, to avoid any misconceptions.

6. If at any stage of editorial processing of your chapter/book data verification is required you have to provide the same to the editorial staff without delay.

8. Specify the conflict of interests, and funding details, if there is any.

Text Book/Ed. Series/Proceedings

To publish any type of book first submit the proposal and provide all the details as per the application form, it is given below. Don't submit book or book chapters directly. After acceptance of your proposal the team will connect and guide you for the submission of the chapters/book.

The author(s) will be copyright owner(s) of the published work. The Vyom Hans Press protects all exclusive rights of the author(s), and author(s) remain copyright holders, after publishing the chapter(s)/Book(s)/Ed. Series/Proceedings. Also, the author(s) grant permission to the third parties to use the article content/components with full freedom.
